Listen2QR

Privacy

This notice explains the information Listen2QR uses to provide singing postcards, answer questions, and keep the service reliable.

Last updated: October 29, 2026.

Information you provide

We may receive your name, email address, postcard content, uploaded image or music, recipient details, delivery choices, and messages you send to our team.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare, preview, publish, deliver, and support the singing postcard you request; respond to inquiries; and protect the service from misuse.

Public postcards

A finished postcard can be available through its public QR or share link. Anyone who receives that link may be able to open the postcard, so do not include information you do not want publicly shared.

Cookies and technical information

The service may use essential cookies and basic server access logs for security, reliability, and measuring public page engagement. We do not sell personal information.

With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity on our homepage and occasion-list page to understand where visitors arrive from and which links they choose. Clarity may use cookies and record page interactions on those pages. We do not load it on postcard, customer, payment, or protected review pages. You can decline or change this choice using the analytics control on those two pages.

Service providers and retention

Trusted providers may process information for hosting, email, payment, and other services needed to operate Listen2QR. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations, and service records.
